Quality of Sleep Affects Male Fertility

Infertility in men - According to a study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology, when not getting enough sleep, generally men will wake up feeling tired are still hanging, headaches, difficulty concentrating, and ultimately less fertile. The study found that the quality of sleep affects male fertility.

The investigators noted that sleep disturbances can affect the fertility of male physical. Motilities or the ability of sperm to move in the right direction and find the egg to be fertilized, concentration, shape, and number of sperm, all affected. But in fact, the effect of sleep disorders is much greater than just how the body produces sperm.
