How to Conquering the High Workload

Work piling pressure not only make you overwhelmed, but also stressful. While, through it all without the stress it is not possible. So, how do I deal with it?

To cope with a high workload, there are tips and techniques that you can follow to reduce stress, for example:

Minimize disruption. Spruce up the workspace and minimizes disruption is the first step to address the heavy workload. Working in a messy room is not only annoying, but also makes it difficult to find the items you need to complete the job. Messy work area also wastes your time for your job search needs. Spend 10 to 15 minutes a day to organize your workspace into neat, and avoid common disorders such as sending personal emails, phone calls are not important, or gossiping.

Work early. Often you feel 24 hours is not enough time to complete all the work because after the overtime, the work was not over. If you stayed up late every day, you worry can interfere with your body's immune system. To avoid staying up late every night, what if you now work early? By morning, the body was still fresh and clear mind so that you can work more quietly.



Ask for help. Although the workload is quite heavy, you may still be able to handle it alone. Even so, the most productive and efficient action is to ask for help from a co-worker to help you. Feel free to submit jobs, especially those that are experts in the field. Dedicate part of your work on men, while you concentrate on more strategic tasks.

Determine priorities. Prioritizing tasks is an important technique to handle the heavy workload. Learn to put your tasks based on the sequence, from most important to least important. This not only helps you to know the importance and urgency of each task, but also useful for reducing stress. This way, you can prioritize projects more important.
