How to Overcome Stress with "Email Meditation"

Ways to relieve stress - One of the routines in the office that can cause tension and even lead to stress is to check and delete the email, also send an important email to a business colleague.

The study found that check and send email in the workplace can increase blood pressure, heart rate, and levels of the stress hormone cortisol triggers.

"Work-related stress can make email. So as not so stressed and overwhelmed with email, need a way to refresh you," said Dr. Lillian Cheung, self-awareness meditation expert who also is the editorial director of The Nutrition Source, Harvard.

According to him, a brief meditation before sending emails to cope with stress in the office. This method can restore self-awareness so that busy work does not make a person experiences undue strain.

The trick, just before sending the email, does breathing exercises. After typing your email message, pause

"This method not only makes you calmer, but also prevent you from making a mistake when sending email," said Cheung.

You did not take long to pause from the routine of sending emails in the office. You can be more relaxed and the work done properly.

and take a deep breath three times, focus on breathing (breathe slowly pull and exhaust). Then say to yourself when breathing in, "I am grateful to the internet". Then while exhaling said, "I am sending this email with full consciousness". After that, enter the recipient email or the email address you want to attach, and click send email.
