Give a little extra eye line, or the so-called tail of the eye, so eyes look smaller. Then by using a thin eyeliner brush, apply a sealer directly over the eyeliner. This sealer is used to "shut down" and set the shadow eyeliner to make it look shinier, glistening with glitter, and more.
